And if an incitement from the devil wound you, then seek refuge in Allah: verily, He is Hearer and Knower.

Y recuerda a Nuestro siervo Job, cuando invocó a su Sustentador: “¡Ciertamente, Satán me aflige con [gran] fatiga y sufrimiento!
And remember Our servant Job, when he called upon his Lord saying, "The devil has afflicted me with distress and torment.
No cuentes tu sueño a tus hermanos no sea que [por envidia] tramen una intriga contra ti; ¡en verdad, Satán es enemigo declarado del hombre!
Verily, I saw (in my dream) eleven stars, and the sun, and the moon - I saw them prostrating themselves unto me!
” Pero Satán hizo que olvidara mencionar [a José] a su señor, y permaneció en prisión algunos años [más].
As for one of you, he shall pour out wine for his lord to drink: and as for the other, he shall be crucified, and the birds shall eat from his head.
Y del ganado criado para trabajar y por su carne, comed de lo que Dios os ha proveído como sustento, y no sigáis los pasos de Satán: ¡ciertamente, él es enemigo declarado vuestro!
And cattle (He produces) some to carry burdens and some to eat.
Satán os amenaza con la pobreza y os incita a la mezquindad, mientras que Dios os promete Su perdón y munificencia; y Dios es inmenso, omnisciente;
The devil promises you destitution and bids you sin, but Allah promises you pardon from Him and grace, for Allah is both All-Embracing and All-Knowing.
¿Es, acaso, aquel a quien la maldad de sus acciones le resulta [tan] grata que [al final] las considera buenas [otra cosa que un seguidor de Satán]?
35:7 As for those who disbelieve, they shall have a severe punishment, and as for those who believe and do good, they shall have forgiveness and a great reward.

Verily, those who fear Allah, if a temptation (suggestion, whisper) from the devil touches (assaults, troubles) them, they do but remember (or mention) Him, and lo!
